Job Posting Improver by TAOps Consulting

1. Scope of the Service

The Job Posting Improver (the "Service") provides tools that assist users in reviewing, editing, improving, and analysing job posting content, including language suggestions, formatting guidance, and best-practice recommendations. The Service is intended to support users in improving content quality and does not replace professional, legal, or editorial judgment.

2. User Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to any text, documents, or other content you submit to the Service ("Input Content"). TAOps Consulting does not claim ownership over your Input Content or Output Content. You grant TAOps Consulting a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and transform Input Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for reviewing Output Content before publication or use, ensuring Output Content complies with applicable laws and professional standards, and confirming that Output Content is appropriate for its intended audience. Final responsibility for all published content remains with you.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to intentionally reproduce or misappropriate copyrighted content, circumvent copyright or licensing restrictions, or generate content intended to mislead regarding authorship or ownership.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." TAOps Consulting disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and merchantability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TAOps Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of business, reputation, or data, or claims arising from use of Output Content.

7. VAT and Taxes

All fees are exclusive of VAT/BTW. Dutch VAT applies at the applicable rate. EU business customers with a valid VAT number may be subject to reverse charge. EU consumers are charged VAT at the applicable rate in their Member State.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
